1. Agreement

By using MainStreet Review ("the Service"), operated by MainStreet Review LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What We Do

We help local businesses collect customer feedback, manage their Google Business Profile reputation, and respond to reviews. We provide branded review capture pages, AI-drafted review responses, and reporting tools.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate business information.
• You're responsible for maintaining access to your account.
• You must not use the Service to fabricate, buy, or incentivize fake reviews. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

4. Payments & Cancellation

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period.
• Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

We use AI to draft review responses and outreach emails. All AI-generated content requires your approval before being published or sent. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it goes live.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate fake or misleading reviews.
• Harass, spam, or deceive customers through the platform.
• Violate Google's review policies or any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described there.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use policy. You may terminate by canceling your subscription.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
