1. Who We Are

MainStreet Review LLC ("we", "us") operates the review management platform at main-street-review.com. This policy explains how we handle data.

2. What We Collect

From Business Owners (our clients)

• Business name, contact info, and Google Business Profile data.
• Login credentials and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
• Review data from your Google Business Profile.

From End Customers (people leaving feedback)

• Feedback responses submitted through review capture pages.
• Whether they clicked "positive" or "negative" on the feedback page.
• Basic page visit data (page viewed, timestamp). We do not use cookies or third-party trackers.

From Prospects (businesses viewing audit pages)

• Page views and interactions on audit and demo pages (no personal data collected).

3. How We Use Data

• To provide the review management service you signed up for.
• To generate AI-drafted review responses for your approval.
• To route customer feedback (positive → Google, negative → private to you).
• To generate reports on your review performance.
• To understand how prospects interact with audit pages (aggregated, anonymized).

4. What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
• We don't share customer feedback with anyone other than the business it was submitted to.
• We don't store payment card information (Stripe handles that).

5. Third-Party Services

We use these services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Places API — business profile data and photos.
• AI Providers (OpenRouter/Anthropic/OpenAI) — generating review response drafts and outreach emails. Business data is sent to generate responses but is not stored by these providers beyond processing.
• Railway — application hosting.

6. Data Retention

• Client data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.
• Customer feedback is retained as long as the associated business is an active client.
• Prospect tracking data (page views) is retained for up to 90 days.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your business.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your review data.
• Withdraw consent and cancel your account at any time.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, environment-variable-based secret management, and access-controlled dashboards. We do not store passwords in plain text.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
